Commission pricing for illustration work.
Note that prices are a general guideline - I'll charge a bit less for simpler images, a bit more for high-detail images, and there'll be a bit of a discount for anyone willing to pay me to draw my own characters, for repeat customers (depending on complexity), etc. Pricing guide is subject to adjustment and reflects how long this kind of work takes me when I'm operating at peak capacity.
Linework
5$ - quickie sketch.
20$ - inks (with slight corrections as necessary)
50$ - full digital re-ink
Color work (includes freebie "basic" background)
40$ - inks + vector shading (like my comic)
60$ - digital re-ink, vector shading (the best bang for your buck!)
80$ - digital re-ink, mask shading (like a lot of my DA submissions)
Background modifiers for color work
+10-20$ - "Background +5," content and details depend on the piece.
+50-100$ - Fully integrated, detailed background with 3d elements.
There's no pricing chart for my design/photoshop work at the moment. If you're interested in that, contact me and we'll work something out.
NO : Vore, Anthro, "Inflation," Guro, Fan art (unless it's your own character).
All subject matter must be DA-submissable, or must be easily modified into a DA-submissable image. I can NOT emphasize the NO ANTHRO enough. I do not consider myself an anthro or an inflation artist, and while I consider it a thick and well defined line, for some people it's a very broad, very gray area. If you look at my gallery and think "that's anthro!" then please, save us both a lot of heartache and commission another artist. In terms of general subject matter, t's a fair bet that if you don't see it in my gallery, odds are I might not be all that enthusiastic about drawing it, or might not have much experience with it. However, it doesn't hurt to ask!
Payment is currently paypal-only. As of August 30, 2007, commissions from new clients are to be paid half in advance and half on approval of pencils or inks (depending on the piece). Repeat business may garner discounts and other considerations, depending on how smoothly the transaction goes.

Commission Status, 2008.04.14 :
Commissions are : Closed. I don't have the time (or the need) to supplement my income at present. At least on a general basis. Feel free to ask, however - if it's my kind of weirdness, I may bite.

Commissions, Ko-Fi, Twitter
Just a little reminder that if you'd like a commission you can note me or go through my website! I have a ko-fi! That's a potential option for commissions now; I've done doodle drives in the past and may again in the future. When I'm doing one you can get photo-of-ink-on-paper doodles for cheap! Also I'm way way way more active on twitter these days.
Reminder - I'm open for commissions!
Note me if you're interested; we'll take it from there!
Open for commissions!
Just a reminder that I'm open for commissions - I spent a good chunk of the past couple of months on a private one, and I just redid my website ( https://deadcityradio.org ). I now have commission info ( https://deadcityradio.org/commission-info.html )! Woohoo! No idea why DA doesn't render the URLs when the entry is on the front of the user page, oof.
Twitter, Patreon, Commissions
I'm much more active on Twitter these days; I post a lot of rough doodles and photography and process shots there, typically long before I post finished work here. Work also shows up on Patreon before it does on DA! I'm still open for commissions, especially sequence work - you can note me here if you're interested. Recent commissions and personal work have been substantially less kinky than the stuff I've done in the past, which has been a nice change of pace - though I'm still open for just about anything, and enjoy a challenge! Commission rates have increased to reflect an increase in cost of living back in June; I haven't finalized them yet but will post a new rate card when I do - probably on my ko-fi page!

I can afford more than 5 bucks, but 20 dollars is a smidge much for me at the moment. Got anything in between?
