Her finger was on it. Like trying to fish out a stray hair from water, it kept fleeting away

Just barely on it.

When was the last time she felt this good?

Something about food studies. Something about food… studies

It slowly slipped away from her mind, as she was forging a new experience, and memory, with the new current activity and occupation of focus.

Since the first time she felt that feeling from that fading memory, she realized that she would of no longer have to think outside the now or the future. The past was now empty, and the new now would be the new reality. Nothing else would ever ocupy the current instantiation.

No one told her to stop. No one told her anything since she had began her transformation so long ago. Following the desire that locked itself in the forefront of her consciences was the most simple and purest drive was the most direct conduit she manifested towards.

Simply put, it was bliss.

She held a hose of of purple slime in one hand and a hose of the same slime in another. It could be said it was double fisting, but she merely delegated one hand for one hose then the other.

And all she had to do was consume. It could be said that it was more drink, gulp even. Pass through was more like it, as she had learned to simply let the slime flow through without dependent use of the motions of her esophagus.
But what fun was that, not feeling every passing slug of slime down her throat.

She had learned to use her leg/arms to be able to manipulate and grasp objects, and was using their two fingered stubby grips to hold two gushing hoses full of her own slime and that of the other technician whom she come to appreciate the viscous fluid.

She never had a problem of getting enough, it was a matter of getting it all in her. All she could do was hold both the hoses as they gushed all over her teal turquise billowing foot/belly.

She didn't care, she knew it would eventually get inside of her, she could always make more on her own and the rest of it was very self sustaining, she had no reason to worry.

All she wanted was more, More, MORE, MOAR!

“When did she start expresing a different epidermal color?” the older exec asked his younger partner

The younger partner slipped a noteputer filled with archived footage and still photos

“Was it the Bio Compound?" The younger partner suggested, tracing color lines and stripes on stills of the growing slug girl.

"I have no idea, it just seemed like the slime was mixing and changing colors before but now it's actually her entire body is expressing a new color tone and pattern"

"Unusual of course, I'm curious if she will metabolize all of the Bio compound inside of her and catalyze a new form of the slime."

"Are you seeing something?" The younger partner asked, never before seeing this side of his older partner before

"I don't know. We technically had 2 pure volunteers and one tech that is hybrid in a sense. One tech modified herself to become what she is now, she," he gestured toward Nalla "snuck a sample and hasn't stopped slugging it down since, and we have the one technician that mixed both Lucy and Nalla's bio compounds and became a pure amalgam of both." He laid out an outline of the three volunteer's history.

"So then now, we have her consuming her own, Lucy's product, and the techs product." The young exec looked at the immensely giant and continueingly growing slug girl before them " it's a huge and beautiful glutinous cycle she's created for herself. Clever really. We've given her everything she could ever want by allowing her to continue on."

The older exec looked at his younger partner.

"We should get a sample, I'm curious to know what kind of properties her new slime would yield"

"Right. By the way, did you want to see the equipment I secured when she outgrows her current surroundings?"

"A converted crawler platform? You mentioned about adapting a hovercraft system for it."

"Yes actually." The young exec showed him a holographic mock up of the platform "a full hover craft system. Low impact, supports an incredible amount of weight, and it's nearly all terrain, save for if she ever desires to scale a mountain, though I doubt that in her current size. It also has the capacity to collect, store, and dispense, additional slime of her own and of the other two volunteers. We can even equip it with an processing center to collect her product once we understand its properties."

"I like it. Very self contained. Did the space agency accept the buy out for the units, the conversion, and maintenance cost offered by corporate?"

"Graciously, in fact. The were all too happy to put the platforms to use and not have to worry about budgeting their maintenance schedules."

"That's good, and corporate gets to sponsor something civic in the process"

"Oh," the younger exec turned his attention to a gently pulsing glow from a note puter "the sample results came back"

"What can we work with her slime the? It can't simply turn users or volunteers in to slugs alone"

"Well," he flicked his fingers around the screen, then swiped his palm to fling the contents displayed from the note puter's screen in to the air as a holographic display, "the results are positive, although unusual"

"Anything adverse?"

"Nothing really, just inconsequential, in a sense. It says if refrigerated, it takes the consistency of gelatin, and if it's distilled, it can actually be used as a base for hair dye. For some reason it's nutrient rich that it could supplement for plants as feed. It says if made in to a topical agent, it can be used as a deep tissue massage oil or skin moisturizer. They are saying that if the gelatin form is prepared properly, it can be a viable hi-caloric and hi-protein dietary supplement for hospital or health food use. They note though, that the transformation to actually occur, the bio active compound from her body was be oraly ingested, unrefined, and can not simply be cross contaminated through contact."

"We don't have a other slug girl coming up through this, do we?" He asked his younger partner.

"They assure us that they do not, they've made sure of such a thing not happening this time"

A deep rumble resounded and the video monitors winked with static and only showed snow for a few moments before they cleared and were only displaying a cloud of dust.

"What in the..."

"For lack of a better term," he accessed an Aerial drone feed "she breached containment"

"That was, rather quicker that expected."

The monitors showed her continuing to suck the hoses as for some reason, the equipment continued to operate intact.

A low guttural noise resonated from the rubble as she burped, almost the intensity of an after shock and then a deep belly rolling laughter.

"More, MORE, MOAR, ALL OF IT MOAR! WA HAHAHAHAHA *Thunderous discharge of a Belch* AHAHAHAHA!"

"How much has she gained since last year?" The older exec asked

"1631552 kilos total, 3596956.488 pounds, or 1798.477 short tons"

"Will the platforms be ready soon?" The older exec was becoming used to her explosive growths out her previous pens, but this incident was the largest yet.

"They will be, we will just have to keep her accommodated for the time being.

Another belch and a continued goopy splat noise came through the monitors as she continued her feeding, her body now moving freely and unconstrained to grow everywhere it oozed out.
